Simpanion is built on two kinds of expertise. On one side: over a decade of hands-on negotiation and communication training, leadership coaching and state-of-the-art research. On the other: hands-on experience building AI products for enterprise clients. The core team brings both to every case.

Two working-student positions, both fully remote. You work directly with the founders on a product real customers use every week.
Working Student Software Development (m/f/d)
Build the product our customers train on: Next.js frontends, AWS backends, AI integrations.

Design the cases our customers practice on, from the counterpart's persona to the evaluation criteria.
